Aditya Goel (Director)

He has been a driving force behind the creation of hardy, high-yielding seeds as well as the introduction of new technology and increased plant productivity. While implementing best practices for better and more sustainable packaging, the emphasis is on reducing pesticide usage. become an integrated unit with improved seed development, manufacturing, and cost optimization throughout the supply chain. In addition to promoting pesticide-free paddy production, Aditya is currently working to improve material handling and storage, excellent agricultural practices, and product quality.

He has strengthened the super-premium and health segments while scaling new milestones with India Gate and the brand portfolio with a sharp eye on both the top and bottom lines. A capable leader, he is advancing a technology- and data-backed approach to sales and distribution while also being at the forefront of change management and corporate transformation. Rajat has a strong interest in developing leaders.
